The Winchester Mystery House has 160 rooms including 40 bedrooms, 47 staircases, 13 bathrooms, 6 kitchens, 10,000 window panes, 2,000 doors, 52 skylights, 47 fireplaces, three elevators, two basements and just one shower. So, touring the mansion and grounds takes time. Don’t worry though, we’re here to assist in planning your visit.
Winchester Mystery House® is a historic home and is not currently wheelchair accessible. However, the grounds and gift shop are wheelchair accessible. In addition, there is an ADA video tour available on property. The ADA tour includes a video tour in one of the accessible garden buildings and the self-guided Sarah Winchester Garden Tour.
