Unti Vineyards Fascination. Experimentation. Innovation. George + Mick Unti have followed their intuition by planting + making Italian + RhÔne varietal wines to mEET Dry Creek Valley’s Mediterranean climate. Our European-style wines come from our 60 acres of organically farmed vineyards. Unti offers a highly educational, personal + unique experience for adventurous wine enthusiasts.
2025 Rosé UNTI’s first Rosé was a 2002 Dry Provençal Rosé from Grenache and Mourvedre. From the beginning, we have always been inspired by Bandol Rosé. Call me old-fashioned but Grenache and Mourvedre make THE world’s best Rose – simple as that. Now, Unti Rosé is considered by many to be the leading producer of California dry rosé.
Unti Vineyards is composed of a six-man, hands-on team working year-round for the winery. They are involved in every part of the vineyard operations — from pruning to hand harvesting, and know each and every vine intimately.

Unti Vineyards is a small, family-owned and operated winery specializing in Mediterranean style wines with vineyard personality. The winery, established in 1997, produces small lots of estate grown Barbera, Grenache, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Syrah and Zinfandel.
And that, my friends, has been the UNTI Vermentino ethos ever since. As Vermentino increased in popularity with our customers, we planted additional vineyard blocks of it. In 2018, we planted about 2 acres of a Vermentino clone from Italy’s Liguria. At the time I hadn’t a clue how this clone might differ from the one we had.
