You can use the TRIM function to remove any leading or trailing spaces. The following example uses TRIM nested inside a VLOOKUP function to remove the leading spaces from the names in A2:A7 and return the department name.
The TRIM function removes all spaces from text except for single spaces between words. Use TRIM on text that you have received from another application that may have irregular spacing.
Returns a Variant (String) containing a copy of a specified string without leading spaces (LTrim), trailing spaces (RTrim), or both leading and trailing spaces (Trim).
In Access, use Instr (), Left (), Trim (), Mid () and other string functions to build or extract the string you want.
The TRIMRANGE function excludes all empty rows and/or columns from the outer edges of a range or array.
Crop, flip, or rotate photos to trim out the unwanted parts manually or use preset aspect ratios. You can also rotate a photo left and right by 90 degrees or by incremental degrees—or flip an image by 180 degrees.
If you need to ensure that parts of a video are fully removed and not available in any case, you need to use the Clipchamp editor (see below) to make a new video with those parts removed. Trim in video player is an easy way to hide parts of your video from viewers in most common cases.
To determine where you want to trim your video footage, in the Trim Video dialog box, press the Play button. When you reach the point where you want to make the cut, press the Pause button. You can use the Next Frame and Previous Frame buttons to fine-tune the location for a marker.
