Since our RMM leverages Splashtop Business...and we resell Splashtop Business for our clients who have remote needs, we use "Splashtop SOS" for our 1x off connections.
A customer of mine is frustrated that her yearly subscription for GoToMyPC has jumped up significantly this past year and will not be renewing. Splashtop was recommended as an alternative. Anyone using it or have clients using it for remote computer access?

I also notice that when doing the initial EU agent setup I can have SplashTop ask for the username/password for the client machine, a custom security code (8-20 characters), or require my specific permission if another authorized user (presumably my employee) wants access.
