Hello, I am a student and I need to use SketchUp for an in-class assignment. I purchased Sketchup for higher education and sent proof that I am a student. They sent an email and verified that my order was successfully processed and ready to use. I pressed the manage your account button and SketchUp doesn’t show up in my orders. I waited a few days and still nothing. Am I doing something wrong?
