I'm using Windows Server 2022, I'm actually playing with RDS Role. I read that I can have 2 concurrent sessions without buying any RDS CAL (User/Device whatever).
Restarting the TermService (Remote Desktop Service) and SessionEnv (Remote Desktop Service Configuration) services does not correct the problem. RDS server must be restarted. The 3 RDS are up to date on Windows Update, the farm has been in service since 2018 and there has never been this problem. Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Thanks.

The point is, the Set-RDSessionCollectionConfiguration is made to configure a RDS session, which is managed by a service. The service has nothing todo with the Server-Management GUI.
