Maybe somebody can answer my question. 1.Is customer sign on PSW - approval of all information included in PPAP documents? 2.Is customer sign on PSW - approval of all deviations and incompleteness included in PPAP documents?
The intention of Phased PPAP is to help manage the progress to full PSW completion – Full PSW is completed when all tools / lines / cavities supports that launch.
The key thing is you want the person signing the PSW to be able to answer any questions that might arise. The responsible person needs to be familiar with the package contents and be able to clarify any issues that the customer has.

PSW was described as "Product Sample Warrant." It made it sound as if Initial Sample Reports were being revised to Product Sample Warrants by writing it in this manner "ISIR (Now PSW)." - Not the case, huh?
