Answer: What is ijma, qiyas, ijtehad ? In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright.
I have heard Ijma & Qias are applicable if there is nothing specific in The Quran or Hadith. Is that true?? So my question is what are Ijma and qiyaas, and when are they applicable?
