I have green goblin that started about the size of yours it's about 12 inches underwater with a hydra 52 directly above it set at 65%blue and 10% white. It has grown into a small colony in about 8 months. Sorry for the overtly blue color as the lights are setting now. I'd make sure the base is secure and that there is no alk swings.
So I get a lot of interest/questions regarding one of the Jawbreakers that I've been selectively growing out for a while now and I figured it's been a relatively interesting journey, maybe this story deserves it's own thread. So this is the story of how the "Green Goblin Jawbreaker" came to be...
I have my green goblin colony for about a year now. Grew from a 1in gray with one branch off at the side. Just recieved a "super red" (not that super) a few weeks ago. Second from the left in the frag rack
THe one side has a smooth skin purple dragon, green goblin, branching monti and birds of paradise and the other side has the tenius, green slimer, froot loops etc. So mis takingly it sounds like I set the corals up in the right areas. Thanks!
Bubble gum digi (or any digi) yellow tips acropora austera, green goblin anacropora, ponape birdsnest are some of the fastest growing sps in the hobby. Green slimer, paletta tricolor also grow extremely fast in the right conditions Digis also get big fast. 10 months growth in the 150. Pic today.
All the other corals look fine - Goni's, Torches, Hammers, Frogspawn, green slimer, green goblin, leather, birds nest. The zoas aren't near any other corals - just in their zoa garden.
