Dr. Andrew C. Stone was arraigned Thursday on four counts of open and gross lewdness. Stone, 36, appeared in Providence District Court earlier Thursday to waive extradition and face the charges in Massachusetts. Prosecutors said Stone exposed himself to boys in a locker room at the Newman YMCA.
