The Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) is a utility assistance program. CEAP is designed to assist low income households in meeting their immediate energy needs and to encourage consumers to control energy costs for years to come through energy education.
CEAP assessments are carried out at national, regional, and watershed scales for conservation efforts related to cropland, grazing land, wetlands, and wildlife.
To earn the CEAP® Credential, CEAP® candidates must meet criteria under one of the following four CEAP® Pathways below. It is important to know which pathway applies to you and review any pre or post requisites that may be required.
A cadet may receive CEAP one time as a student and one time as an advanced student or cadre member during their cadet career. Returning cadets and cadre may wish to investigate other financial assistance options such as squadron, group, wing, or region scholarships.
