the very early versions of doku's RPG had some interesting leaf textures, rather strange but well suited to jungle and acacia trees if you want to be completely faithful, also his super old experimental ores would be perfect to tweak for lapis/quartz/emerald, the old legacy textures are frequently overlooked in remix/continuation packs

That includes you. Even if you don't know how to create textures or other assets needed for the pack, there are community members willing to help you learn how.
Doku's texture pack is arguably the most used out there and I checked the Millenaire site, no reported issues like this. What I listed above was off of a clean install with just default installs of the mods in the proper order.
