waveshare sell at least 5 different 7" displays for the raspberry pi, each with there own wiki for instructions on how to use them - all of them as far as I can tell require changes to at least config.txt - so, a "standard" config.txt (not sure why you even bothered to post that since it's the standard one, that everybody here would already be aware of) won't work

Waveshare have a wiki which documents the use of this USB and Ethernet hat, once it is attached to the pi zero, make sure you power the pi through the micro usb connector on the hat, not the power connector on the pi zero. Has anyone here had any experience with the "Waveshare" ePaper displays and the code that runs them? The problem I'm having is that the dispaly only 4 seconds after I've sent the command to update the display - the actual screen update, between the old display and the new one, is less than half a second.
