My 2020 RAV4 Hybrid has been very reliable, with few problems, and low maintenance cost. Probably because Toyota left out a bunch of parts that other cars have - No separate alternator, belt, or pulley. No separate engine starter motor. The "transmission" is brain-dead simple with few parts - no clutch, fluid drive, or shifting gears.
