Simone Biles (b. 1997) is an American gymnast who is considered by some to be the greatest in the history of the sport. She has won 11 Olympic medals and 30 world championship medals.
Simone Biles was born in Columbus, Ohio but moved to Spring, Texas at age three when she and her siblings were placed in foster care. Biles was raised by her grandparents Ron and Nellie Biles and was officially adopted when she was six.
