Roots For My Home

Client has a home with several black corrugated pipes that seem to be totally jammed up. Therefore all water is just overflowing right near the foundation. No good. Anyone ever had any success "toto-rooting" or....any other way to clean these out? Concerned they're packed with roots/dirt/etc...

The way cool part is I can drive over the leach field and or use it for parking, no paving. Runs parallel to my home 30 feet away. Compared to 4" pipe this is the cats meow. I would bet it is impossible for roots to clog up this system. So much more area for absorption into the ground.
