I want to renew Microsoft 365 in a different country than where I bought my original subscription. I renewed, but can't install Microsoft 365 apps I forgot my Microsoft account password or email. Renew the subscription: If your subscription is expired, you can renew it directly from the Admin Center. If you have a product key, you can also use it to renew your subscription. Switch accounts if necessary: If you need to manage the subscription under a different email, consider transferring the subscription if it's a retail license.
Renew the subscription when prompted in an Office app: If the yellow bar shows RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, select Buy and complete renewal online. If it shows SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED, select Reactivate, then Buy to renew online. If a new, unused product key was purchased, select Enter Key and follow the prompts.
To renew the subscription with a new card type and updated details, first update the payment method on the Microsoft account, then pay/renew using that updated method.
