Discussion on using NMOS and PMOS as current sources, sinks, or voltage sources in circuits, addressing challenges and pin configurations.
How and when to use a NMOS and PMOS as current source/sink and voltage ...
HI. I am trying to design a CMOS Inverter. NMOS turns on and off as expected. However, PMOS does not fully turn off
I have some problem regarding the strong or weak "1" "0" problem. the reason why PMOS produce weak 0, because the PMOS wil turn off at some point. the problem I dont know why PMOS will turn off like some point, not like NMOS will pull the voltage down to 0.
This is the formula in my lecture note for NMOS ] for PMOS, is it something like this? I cant seem to find PMOS formula for this on the internet. Most of...
For years—decades, in fact—the NMOS transistor world has been on cruise control. NMOS is naturally faster and its performance has scaled better than PMOS. PMOS has had a cost advantage. But lately, it ...
