I use mo2 for fnv and sse.. here's what I do and I know it works. I extracted 2 copies of mo2 folder into my designated directory c:\z\ I renamed the extracted 2 folders as mo2 - fnv and mo2 - sse I double clicked the mo2 exe for each folder and associated their respective folder's mo2 with its respective game. With MO2, the only "Collections" like options would be Wabbajack lists. Personally, I prefer Vortex due to the ability to mix and match individual files from different mods without having to delete anything. But you really do need to forget everything you know about how things are done in MO2 and learn how they're done in Vortex instead. The differences are simultaneously small and vast.
Is there any reason why my mod organizer always disabled SFBG004.esm, and now ShatteredSpace.esm plugins after I launch? I launch through MO2 (v2.5.2) with SFSE.
