DENVER - Today, Governor Polis announced the Roadmap to Reduce Homeowners Insurance, a comprehensive strategy in partnership with the Division of Insurance (DOI) to help address high homeowner’s insurance rates, and find statewide solutions to reducing the cost of homeowner’s insurance.
After launching several successful companies, Governor Polis committed himself to making sure other Coloradans had the opportunity to pursue their dreams through founding schools for at-risk students and new immigrants and started nonprofits to help veterans.
Gov. Jared Polis currently has the sole authority to release the program’s graduates from prison. But the governor has not done so since 2023, unilaterally stalling the program.
