We have used Lesco brand 8-2-12 fertilizer through John Deere Landscapes and now Site One for several years. For central and south Florida yards, it was a good product (California fertilizer needs are completely different from sandy, warm, rainy Florida).
Apparently Lesco makes a huge number of "palm" formulations, and distribution is weird. So if I search for "Lesco Fertilizer" at the Raleigh NC store, I get 583 results. If I search for "Palm" and then select "fertilizer" in the category bar, there's about 10 Lesco shown. But all of them say "not available online in your area."

We have used Epsom salt for fertilizer, dominion liquid insecticide twice a year, lesco Palm fertilizer and miracle gro 8-2-12, hummer liquid fertilizer 12-4-12, and then I spray the trunks of palms with liquid copper fungicide (I'm afraid to spray the fronds). So now I read about florikan fertilizer and langbeinite.
Mayo fertilizer here (they have a few different outlets) locally makes a palm specific formulated by the recommendations of UF IFAS that seems to be a little more well-rounded than Lesco.
