Lenel OnGuard integrates with standard, default Mercury panel firmware, so there isn't 'special Lenel hardware firmware'.

A member is asking for other member feedback on the pros and cons of replacing his existing Lenel (access and video) system with a Software House CCURE + Qognify (NICE) combination?
We are currently working on cutting over an existing Lenel system to Genetec. They are utilizing MR-1502, MR52, and MR16IN boards. Can I expect all boards to work fine withing Genetec, or will I run into fun firmware issues, incompatibility, or oddly labelled Mercury equipment that will not be compatible?

Anyone out there getting the process moving with Lenel's "new" OAAP program? Are you as frustrated at the bureaucracy as I am? Seems like I have to pay more, wait longer, get worse support and yada yada yada - all for the amazing privilege of being awarded with integration certification for OnGuard.
Lenel has two integrations with Milestone. One where you can view video and tie alarms to cameras in Lenel and the other where Milestone becomes the monitoring point for the doors. Either way works. One note there is a one time integration fee for the Milestone to Lenel integration but after that they aren't supposed to charge for integration licenses.
