After the completion of the ISOM Core, we set out to film and produce additional content for students who would like to proceed in their studies and obtain a Bachelor’s.

ISOM is a district-sponsored and district-operated program designed to help individuals meet the educational requirements for fellowship credentialing, as well as those seeking to deepen their understanding of the Word and receive training in practical ministry.
I returned to the USA in 1994 and began working on developing the International Curriculum which was the foundation of what is now known today as the International School of Ministry or ISOM.
This brings us to the Second distinctive of the ISOM, and that is that it’s designed to be a global program, now translated into over 70 languages. The method used was similar to a live consecutive translation that ministers use when preaching in foreign countries.
It leads students to diplomas, associate, bachelor’s and masters degrees. The curriculum is truly international, being available in 85 languages. ISOM is a program that respects pastoral leadership and authority and is a school where knowledge, character, and spiritual gifts are equally taught.
ISOM Online offers significant overlap with programs like the Marketplace module that offer business administration, management, and leadership skills. Graduates go on to find meaningful work in various industries and workplaces in all of the Seven Mountains.
