Unfortunately, GoDaddy are using Exchange online for their hosted email, and Microsoft changed the security requirements recently to disable basic authentication. Also unfortunately, Gmail's Mail Fetcher the Custom From options only support basic authentication, so they do not work with Exchange online accounts.
You will need to contact GoDaddy support and have them assist you as the issue is not with Google.
