ESAB being ESAB, I don't think you could go wrong buying either machine. Maybe the EM 210 comes with a better warranty or higher quality parts? Some around here are fans of Primeweld's offerings as well but I'm not sure how those hold up in a production shop, they seem more aimed at the hobbyist market.

Not real familiar with esab or the 255. If you can find a 252 miller I would go with that. Otherwise the primeweld 285 is a solid machine with 4 roller drive. With that being said I've ran several hundred pounds of wire thru a 2 drive rolls miller 252 without issues.
