Re: Extra SPD only to Dodge Being able to dodge on any phase isn't necessarily unbalancing. The Dodge (or Martial Dodge) maneuver doesn't help at all vs. any attack which doesn't target the character's normal DCV. His/her opponents will likely be frustrated for a while, then one of them will wise up and use an area effect attack.* Ouch. *Or just gets a lucky hit.
