Osamu Dazai (太 だ 宰 ざい 治 おさむ, Dazai Osamu?) is a member of the Armed Detective Agency and former executive of the underworld organization, the Port Mafia. He has the Ability named No Longer Human. Dazai is a young man with mildly wavy, short, dark brown hair and narrow dark brown eyes.
Dazai possesses the power known as “No Longer Human,” which nullifies the supernatural abilities of anyone he physically touches. A past executive of the Port Mafia, the antithesis of the Armed Detective Agency, he defected after the death of perhaps his one and only friend.
