Benzos do potentiate pregabalin too, but obviously you should be using far lower doses because 10mg alprazolam is nuts. 0.5-1mg alprazolam should be fine yes, but do note if you make a habit of dosing alprazolam frequently, even at low doses, you will develop tolerance and dependence as with any prolonged benzo use.
