Hi, Norton (especially), Kaspersky, McAfee, AVG, TrendMicro, and others seem to have a role in this BlueTooth issue for many. Try uninstalling the antivirus/security program using the maker's uninstall procedure AND their Removal Tool (they leave remnants) to see if that has an affect on the system.
