Why can you not take a AR15 to hunt and what is allowed
I am new to the sport and am only able to hunt on public land. I have heard that a few game lands in the southeast PA area are decent. Has anyone had an success on SGL 280 near Blue Marsh? What about Weiser State Forrest in Port Clinton? Thanks!

Math isn’t my strong point but it looks like on average, roughly 4.3% hunters were successful in the Mosquito creek hunt between 2016-2020. Since thermal was legalized in 2020/2021 (?), the percentage of successful coyote hunters each year in the tournament has been roughly 6.2%.
