Hung up on by Microsoft Shown bellow is my discussion with a support tech from Microsoft's I've chat (I am a huge fan of this feature.) But I am astounded by how frustrating my day has been and how I was treated on the calls with microsoft over the course of 5 phone calls. Thank you for choosing Microsoft Store.
Thank you. I do have appear checked. I didn't know I couldn't search for myself. I have 2 chat conversations hung up. One sends fine but they are not receiving. The other says waiting on them to accept invitation to an existing chat. Also, they can no longer find me in the people search. Something is hung up bad.
I did not see and HD activity, Thinking the units was hung up I powered down the computer. Powering up the unit, nothing showed up the screen. So I powered it down again, this second time I see HD activity lights but nothing on the screen. So I'm wondering if I had interrupted the initial upgrade process and now the computer is starting all over?
The guy was trying to help. I would have hung up on you or ended the chat. Ship them your console. Be proactive and do it yourself instead of waiting a few days for a courier to call you. Besides when they did call you, you didn't answer. It's not their fault you didn't answer. It sucks though. Hope you get it sorted.
