Christian Healthcare Ministries offers four programs: CHM Gold ($299 per unit, per month), CHM Silver ($169 per unit, per month), CHM Bronze ($115 per unit, per month), and SeniorShare™ ($119 per unit, per month). CHM Plus is for catastrophic medical bills and is an optional (but highly recommended) add-on with a monthly cost of $42 per unit.
