Audi exclusive is the original custom anything you want from Germany and many countries other than US had for quite a while. I think some markets in the US have it now but is pricey and some dealers won't even offer it. Design selection is the very limited option "exclusive" marketed in the US which in this case is the Arras red interior.
Technically Audi calls it something different IIRC but the common name is goodwill. When these occur there are certain procedures and usually the dealer pays a portion and then Audi pays a portion; sometimes the customer pays some too but clearly yours says "100 [%] covered" and has zero dollar charge.
