No it doesn’t have the same meaning. (1) uses a superlative, which compares this girl with all other girls. (2) doesn’t compare her with anyone else. In effect, it just says that she’s a beautiful girl and I’ve never seen one of those before.
Beautiful word is only perfect for a girl and women. And it is not used for a boys but sometimes it's used for (boy)child not for teenagers or adults .There are some other words like handsome, good looking ,dashing etc.are used for men.
I have two questions:- 1) A girl was talking near a group of kids. The kids were a bit scared of that girl. Also that girl was very beautiful. When the girl left they started talking about that girl.

When doing a google search for synonyms of beautiful, things like gorgeous, pretty, prepossessed, charming, delightful, handsome, good-looking, and charming come up. For me, gorgeous and prepossessed is equal to or less than beautiful. Also I don't really like the word, gorgeous.
