Hi all Hope your holidays were just great ! Alex wants to try and fish for sturgeon in lower snoho tomorow, I know very litle about these fish, do you even fish them in winter cold ? any advise about these fish would help alot, i vote for sky stealhead . thanks All Dave 8-)

I was wondering what type of rods and reels you guys who fish sturgeon off the bank use. I would guess that I would need to be able to cast up too 12oz of lead.I am thinking about giving it a whirl this year. Thanks for any help.
