The Rivet Networks rep. told me you could enter Smartbyte.exe in a run box and it would start a User Interface for SmartByte. That does not seem to be the case and you would think he would know. I will ask again, does anyone with this SmartByte reinstalling issue, have the Dell Cinema?
Express connect is the Rivet networks Killer networking smartbyte optimizer Junk. HOWEVER don't remove it from there. Uninstall Dell optimizer. During that uninstall it will remove the Rivet Networks express connect.
