LC01 is aiming to bring in a series of improvements from Vice City/Stories games so that GTA3 can finally be in line with the rest of the 3D era. This means: safehouses, outfits, gun store menus, helicopters, 30 new vehicles and the list goes on and on... Style wise we use elements from III in LCS style, reworked from assets or from scratch.

LC01 has 150 vehicles, which is triple the amount of vehicles in vanilla III. Besides the increased variety of cars, the vehicle list also includes motorcycles and flyable helicopters. The Show Within a Show Liberty City Survivor mentioned on the in-game radio stations is made into a playable side mission.
LC01 will include ads and billboards in more locations than the final game, to allow us to fit more brands from the 3D universe and so on. This is a custom billboard to replace the LCS Madd Dogg one since that's too old by 2001, featuring DJ Tom Novy in LC, sponsored by Love Media.
