If you wanted to live within a short commute of McLean, I'd say be prepared to buy a simple home from at least 700-800k. If you can't afford that, commuting isnt much fun...If you move to Frederick you could probably get a decent townhome for 250-300k, which would be around 45 min commute without any traffic.

Normally one would just say without problem, skipping the any altogether. It doesn’t really add anything to speak of, and just makes the phrase longer. But I certainly wouldn’t call without any problems (or with no problems) ‘wrong’.
