Notice in virtually every gameshark code starting with D0 or 80, the first 2 digits of code is always 00. It can be confusing due to 81/D1 codes vs 80/D0 codes. So I think the activator code is probably fine. For the input activator codes, i referenced the 2 byte version, since it's simpler/more consistent.
