Software purchased by other Nintendo Accounts on the console will not appear. To review which DLC you have purchased for a particular game, locate the game in Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch and check the "Downloadable Content" section. Anything that indicates that it is "Purchased" is DLC that you have previously purchased.
Once you've purchased a digital game, you can use your Nintendo Account to access the game on any of your consoles (whether or not it can load virtual game cards).
