If you really want to make your computer fly, you can pay him to help optimize it more, but given that you're on here I'm pretty sure you most likely can handle all of that. Either way there are a lot of good things that seasoned PC users just don't think about.

So he doesn't really test much himself, he just collects them preaches they are "extremely helpful" and makes videos about them, if someone tells him otherwise, he rudely replies or deletes them. I've actually experimented thoroughly with the bcdedit timer settings and it may -help- it doesn't actually solve the strange background stuttering problem. I will try again.
