There is not evidence that hyaluronic acid injections are beneficial for people who have a type of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) or Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD). There have been mixed results for people with EDS/HSD who have tried hyaluronic acid injections.
Hi, yes it can be hard to find an EDS P.T. I don't know of any in the Seattle area. However, there are some P.T. providers who are kind and are willing to learn how to help you. There is a book you can give them: Living Life to the Fullest With Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome by Kevin Muldowney. It has EDS P.T. exercises in it.
