Basically, not all of my MCM items appear. I know that the plugins are in fact enabled. I used to use MCM Kicker, but I think that doesn't really help.
I did some troubleshooting and noticed that MCM is missing in the "Plugins" tab. I did also check the ...\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins folder, and MCM.dll is installed there. I even did a manual install and did a one-by-one check for all the MCM-related files; all are accounted for. So I'm kind of stuck.

And hilariously enough, after reenabling it the game worked again but then afterwards that is when the MCM decided to not work and even after redisabling that mod again the MCM still didn't work... Needless to say that I'm really confused and need help please and thank you.
Jaxonz MCM Kicker is a bit of a duct tape solution for that problem. It doubles down on the scan for what mods have MCM integration but runs the second one after a delay to ensure that any stragglers from loading lag are caught.
