Hello everyone, i have a 1995 subaru impreza gc8, swapping the old engine into a 2004 wrx usdm which have immobilizer. I have the steering column and the original car. How can i bypass it? I have read stories about turning the key three times?

Unfortunately i do not have the override pin number as i bought the car second hand. I have just finished a subaru engine and ecu conversion on my 1976 vw bus. I bought a 1995 subaru legacy and i took all the stuff i need for the conversion off this subaru. The only way i know of bypassing the immoblizer is to literally bypass it with a wire, or remove it completely. In that case look to see how and where the unit is to bypass it.
